  Not piano movers... I've used this company twice. The first time they did a good job moving my furniture and boxes across town. The price was fair. So I hired them again. The second time, they said they could move my piano from one apartment to another in the same building. The crew struggled mightily – and dropped my piano. One man was injured and I will never forget the sound of my beloved piano falling on its back. Professional piano movers have moved my piano several times without any "accidents".   My wife and I just moved out of our house and hired College Muscle Movers to handle our move. It's hard to explain how amazing our team was. They showed up right on time, they were all polite, professional, and FAST. When I say these guys hustled... they HUSTLED. They handled all of our stuff with great care, and made sure to ask questions if they weren't sure where something should go or how it should be handled.   From the initial quote and interactions with the office to closing the door on the storage unit - the service and customer care was top notch. Noah, Jalen and Tevi were the “muscle” and were extraordinary - from hand shakes and introductions to hugs and goodbyes. Noah was an incredible team lead and his communication to us and support to Jalen and Tevi was so impressive.   We had Jonah and Guinahi (Michelle) help us move an arcade machine from a detached garage to our basement. They did a great job. They called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived promptly. They assessed the route and space. They made moving the large, 270lb machine easy. Everything was done exactly as we wanted. On top of everything, they were polite and finished quickly.

  From the very first phone call we were handled with old-fashioned customer service. Cheerful, well-spoken voices on the phone, polite and customer-forward solutions. Our crew was Michael, Solomon, Adonis. Fabulous group of young men, the likes of which seems hard to find these days. Prompt, polite, helped in every way with every question. Direct eye contact and a smile is not the norm these days but these 3 made a real impression on us. NOTHING negative to say! We finished a half hour earlier than estimated too!
