  On December 22, 2025- I rented a unit from I storage on Wier dr- it was full of trash, tires and mice dropping. they said it it would cleaned up right away. I told them I needed it by January 1, 2026. They said it would be ready on January 1. So I drove over (Jan 1) to check it and no clean up had been done AT ALL!! It was full of trash, tires and mice dropping. See attached pictured. I talked to them on January 2 and they told me it would not be ready until January 6.   I had a very disappointing experience with this storage facility after winning a unit at auction. When I arrived to clean out the unit, the contents had clearly been rifled through beforehand. There was broken glass, dirty diapers, mouse droppings, and overall unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout the unit. Not to mention the police cars that were driving up and down the storage place lot looking for a suspect. The environment was so bad that I suffered an asthma attack while attempting to work in the unit and ultimately could not complete the cleanout safely. Despite the hazardous cond…

  I have had a storage on this site for months. My storage was broken into. Someone cut my lock off and put another lock. Over thousands of dollars of my things are gone. They have cameras up in the back but don’t work just the ones in the front. The police has said they been to this site 3 times this month alone for the same thing. There’s no way someone stuff should be gone and there’s a person living on site and knows nothing. The cameras need to be looked at because something is not adding up. Waiting for the area manager to contact me.

  Autopay repeatedly failed. Website portal not useful. Was charged Rental Insurance for months without notice, told "never got declaration" of own insurance. Was never told needed to send them declaration of insurance. Door spring broke. Wasn't even accessing unit when it broke.

  My husband and I have been using this storage unit for a few years now. It was great in the beginning... Now, you can never get ahold of someone and good luck using the bathrooms during business hours. The storage unit has gone down hill. There is NO maintenance what-so-ever. There are weeds and trees growing out of the concrete. There are holes throughout the place soo deep it could seriously RUIN your car... you have to swerve your car around them just to get through the gate not to mention the one infront of the main office door that someone will eventually hurt themselves on.
