Property damage was done to the house during move in so I filed through the company that set the move up. They informed me I had to contact the business directly for property damage. Supposedly there was paperwork that said I had 7 days to file a claim for damage to house that I was never made aware of so they denied my claim. Not even to mention one of the employees came sick sitting down and coughing everywhere.

Almost every box we had was mislabeled boxes that had food in them we're not labeled food they crushed a box that was clearly marked glass and we had quite a few items show up missing. This was a military move and united was our carrier. 3 men IN YOUR shirts and van packed our stuff. Never again

We had to call the cops to my apartment complex due to one of the employees at this moving company verbally and physically threatening residents. They don’t seem to hire very reputable or professional movers. I would never let them touch my belongings.
