Worked with Stephanie and Pamela on a move from New Orleans area to Virginia. Estimate was timely and accurate. Dates on Front end worked great. Packers and movers on both ends were great. Only reason for 4 stars was the timing of the delivery was later than the window. Wasn't end of the world - just minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything packed well and no damaged goods. Movers very respectful of our property. Would recommend and use again

unfortunately cant get them 0 stars. Loaded my driver with garbage pallets, and the product was refused by receiver, of course. They didnt wanted the load back and my driver was sitting without load all weekend. The worst customer i've worked with. Please avoid picking up loads from them

Deserves zero stars. The guy in the shipping office is extremely rude, was pissed off immediately upon my walking and asking for help. Had an attitude the entire conversation. Another driver comes in after me, picking up the same product and was put on a door immediately and i waited over an hour later to be assigned a door. Sat on the door for 3 hours waiting on them to load it with pallets. Very rude, nasty shipping clerk and extremely slow loading

John Fayard Trucking, well these guys will not take responsibility for damaging my H3 Hummer. On 12/12/24 one of their trucks had loose rocks come off one of its trailers striking the windshield of my H3. This put a hole in the windshield causing shards of glass to hit my son in law’s face. Gave John Fayard the opportunity to replace the windshield but they refused.

If you're in a hurry to move, don't call these people. I never got a call back except once from the Stephanie and I was at work and couldn't talk to her but that was the only call like that. I called three times and I can't get her to call back. I think she's the only one working there and she doesn't really work. I'm using another moving company because I want somebody who actually answers the phone calls so never even got an estimate that would've been too much for Them. Terrible company. Customer service is not existent.
