  I had an outstanding experience with U-Pack from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. Communication was clear the entire way through, and everything happened exactly when they said it would—on time, no surprises.   Moving across the country using U-Pack was almost effortless. U-pack's business is to provide a driver to drive household items to the destination. Once my husband and I determined to pack ourselves and chose U-Pack services, everything was taken care of. The knowledgeable staff exuded people-friendly skills. Emails with proper paperwork were sent promptly. The moving trailer arrived and departed speedily. If we decide to move ourselves again, we will use U-pack.

  Moved myself, my wife and our three dogs, and had U-pack do the rest! When the trailer was dropped off the driver gave us tips and tricks to secure our stuff and the operators were always very polite and helpful when I had to call for updates or changes.

  Fantastic service to work with. Very easy and accommodating. Priced better than other services. Moved from Illinois to Mississippi, nothing broke in transit. Trailers were clean and in great condition.

  U-Pack provides and "Outstanding" service at a great price. If I have to move again...I will definitely use U-Pack again!!
