Wow! That was the worst move I've ever experienced. Very unprofessional. The crew was 30 minutes late, but felt the need to take their breaks on time. I'm not a professional mover, but it makes sense to start with the large items like furniture so you're not cramped with boxes when you have to reassemble. Not these guys, they feel it's best to move everything in first and then put the furniture together. I helped with most of the furniture and had to redo my son's crib because they didn't do it right. I could go on for ever on how they tried to avoid doing their jobs. The pictures will speak…

My moving experience was below average with Gollott and Sons. The packing lead and supervisor were unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate, which added unnecessary stress to the process. Their planning was poor; they initially intended to pack the entire household on a Friday and leave my family in a fully packed home over the weekend and into Monday, with my stuff not scheduled for pickup until Tuesday. Gollott and Sons reluctantly agreed to leave some items unpacked and returned on Monday to complete the job. They were also hesitant to leave boxes for any goods that may have been overlooked.…

The crew that came to pack up our house did a great job. Even after the once in a lifetime snowstorm, they showed up immediately after the roads were safe enough and got the job done. Chris and the rest of the guys who came to pack were very polite and you could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work.

We have had several moves in our military career, and this was by far the worst. Besides one guy the whole crew was super lazy. They took more breaks than they actually worked….Things that were clearly labeled were put in the wrong places, and no one listened to us when we asked them to put certain things in certain places. Because of how unorganized it was everything ended up getting piled up in the garage. There was a crazy rainstorm with bad lightning and thunder and they kept working through even though we asked them to come back the next day to finish, all the while our stuff was getting…

The movers were decent, however the head guy was rushing through my drop off because he had to make it to a medical appointment. They were supposed to unpack all of my items and do to that they did not even though I requested that they do so. He assured that after I unpack my own items, they would take the boxes. Of course they did not. I called and they said next time they were in my neighborhood they would give me a call to get the boxes. I see them today and still no phone call so I write this review. The boxes are long gone, but they don’t know that. Nor do they care. DOD stop hiring this…
