Lucky I found this place! Because before I found this storage I went to a storage place on Stateline Rd , and it was closed during the middle of the day. Then went to that competitors storage place on Rasco Road and the woman with the really long hair was not friendly or helpful. Being in customer service for over 20 years, I was surprised. Coming to Mini Mall Storage and being greeted by Jessie was a breath of fresh air. She went out of her way to show me each unit I was interested in. This place is clean and safe, but most of all Jessie's smile and friendliness sold me!!

Highly recommend this storage unit, if you are looking for cheap and clean RAT FREE storage units mini mall storage is the place to go. Ask for Charity if you want quick efficient service. Charity was very professional she helped us get into a unit fast and efficiently great quality service! Thank you Charity I really appreciate you!

Yes, the people are nice, but I'm fed up with their phone system that fails more often than it works. There's either no answer, or it answers and then disconnects, or there's no sound. If they are answering, I can't hear them. I got through one time this morning, requested the offered call-back, and still haven't heard from them. Went to the website to pay my fee, and can't find a place to do that. I also do not want to create an account with yet another password to keep track of. I want to make a call, use an automated system, and be done with it. EVERY SINGLE MONTH it's one aggravation or an…
