Typical uhaul rental experience. What was better than typical was the customer service. Store was packed, phone was ringing off the hook, yet the emoloyees remained helpful & calm!! Kudos to ALL working during my visit (Angelo was helping me). I must point out too the customers were patient. Great experience!!!

Great assistance from new manager and staff. I feel she could have used another staff member especially the first weekend of the month because that's usually when people are moving. I don't know if they were just short-staffed because somebody called in sick or if it's normally staff with only 3 people. Storage rentals and vehicle rentals are timely compared to someone who wants to just come in and purchase product.

Was in Memphis the Spring Market working as a vendor and as i was leaving my vehicle broke down! Everything was closed on a Sunday afternoon and we had a 3 hour drive home and was trying to beat the weather. So we called uhaul in Southaven and they were supposed to close at 5. The guy working named Brent got all my information and waited on us to get there even though he did not have too. He was very nice to wait on us an extra 30 min!

Mr Robert was so very kind and helpful. This was our first time being in one of the newer cargo vans and it was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable!
