For the second year in a row, Keith Coleman has done an incredible job with delivering a PODS for our storage needs. He has to place the PODS outside on the bare ground in a tricky location. He does a fantastic job with communicating and keep us apprised of where he is in the delivery process. We ask a lot of him, and he delivers with a smile and positive attitude!

My initial POD dropoff occurred this morning. Step 1 of our move is underway. The driver, Jimmy, was so very kind and professional. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was just as i needed it. He made sure i knew just how to place the lock to ensure my contents will be secure. So far, awesome service and well worth the money!

My POD was delivered by Keith Coleman. Mr.Coleman was superb all the way from his expert advice as to where to place the POD to his professionalism and friendliness. Just an overall, awesome experience. I have a water leak and am having to replace some flooring. So I was kind of not in the greatest mood but Mr. Coleman was so nice and friendly and professional he actually brightened my day.

My PODS experience started out great. My driver, Keith Colerian, called to confirm delivery and then showed up at correct time. He placed the unit where I requested and was helpful in all ways. If the rest of my PODS experience is as great as this, I’m going to be well taken care of.

Jim from Pods was awesome and so personable! He made the experience so easy and did an excellent job! Called us before delivery to ensure time of delivery and asked questions so he would place the pod exactly where we specified. Great experience!
