  Truck drivers be aware theres an African American guy that is very disrespectful to the drivers. So proud of our driver handled this professionally. We checked truck cameras it was absolutely unprofessional and court worthy.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Frustrating and Unclear Billing Practices Be cautious when signing up, the promotional offer was not clearly explained, and we later discovered we were being charged more than expected. When we called to address it, we provided proof of rental insurance that should have lowered our rate. One representative admitted the information was never entered into their system properly. Another employee later confirmed we were indeed billed incorrectly, but getting in touch with someone who actually knows what they’re doing has been a nightmare.   The manager that helped me out and spoke with me, I forgot her name but she was very kind and helpful for getting me a unit. I definitely am very glad to do business with you guys and store my belongings in my unit to keep them safe there. I really do appreciate it so much and I look forward to being a great tenant and keep everything good. I will be glad to give you guys five stars!

  Quick and efficient service with Emailed contacts is almost above par! Only way it could be more efficient is if they had the DocuSign App that already utilize Biometericks to sign contracts Via signature and fingerprint. Other than that pretty good!

  Jessica M. was great! I didnt wait on hold. Talked a person within seconds everytime i called. She stayed on the phone with me a couple minutes after close making sure the space was exactly what i needed. And called the next morning to check in. Will uses this company anytime i can!!!
