  Left on hold for over 15min+ we came in on Sunday to delivery our items on second floor elevator was not working, came back today (Thursday) and still not working! We spoke to a manager who said he’d look into it and never heard back just unacceptable service …and frustrating!

  Called this place and they put you on hold and never return, I have called several different times over 3 days and it’s the same thing, I live in a totally different state trying to make reservations before my arrival it has been unsuccessful. DO BETTER YOU GUYS, this is ridiculous!!!

  Quick, easy, and fair rate. Walked in and out in under 10min with the vehicle I needed. Turn-in process was almost instant. Under 3 minutes and didn’t even need to go unside.
