The rent goes up consistently. They changed the hours which the 24hr was the only reason I chose them. They don't follow their own contracts and you can't do anything about it. The outside units will ruin your belongings because of the spider and bug infestations. I moved to a climate controlled unit thinking it would be better.. I was wrong. The AC was out for 2 weeks and the temp stayed over 91 degrees for multiple days in a row ruining alot of my items that required temps below 91. Ruined over $1000 worth to be exact. The insurance you have to pay for is a scam.. you will never win a claim…

Climate Control doesn’t work. I totally love this place Shannon at the desk is incredible. She’s very personable and very helpful because of that I got my climate control unit and I got another unit. I moved my other Storage that was in Memphis, Tennessee to Mini Mall Storage in Olive Branch, Mississippi mainly because of Shannon. She is always walking around the whole facility cleaning all the units. She even was planting flowers out in the front one day making it look pretty. Great experience overall! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and made the rental process simple. I spoke with a woman named Shannon and she was very helpful throughout the process. I feel confident my belongings are safe here and would definitely recommend it.

Shannon is exceptional. If I owned a huge company, she would be a major player. Anyone who knows or meets her, realizes that she is GOLD .. professional, polite, energetic, and just reliable, to say only a very few of her character.
