Great experience picking up the 5x8 trailer. The person that worked with me was friendly, helpful, and very professional. They got me through the check-in process quickly, made sure the trailer was securely hooked up to my vehicle, and double-checked the lights before I hit the road. Outstanding customer service makes a big difference when you're moving—highly recommend this location!

Tiffany M. was AWSOME. I was in a situation where I needed a truck and trailer I a hurry. She was so patient and very helpful. I feel that she went Above and Beyond to help me and I very much appreciate it. Also, her interactions with other customers was very patience and helpful. She is AWSOME.

Have rented twice from this location within the past six months. Excellent customer service by pleasant employees. Inside and outside of the complex is well maintained and there were plenty of moving supplies available for purchase. Both trailers rented were easy to access and in good condition.

Went in last minute on a Saturday morning and got a trailer. They were super polite and helpful, I finished my move in a few hours and returned the truck. Price ended up being about half of what I expected. Being older I was on the fence about hiring movers, but decided last minute to haul my own stuff for peace of mind.

Everyone was so professional. The lady at drop off was so nice. I didn’t get her name, but she was outside and she was still assisting customers in the rain with the returns. I think the location was closed, but she still was assisting everybody with a smile on her face.
