Booked with All My Sons probably about a month ago, however I was told that I would receive a call a few days before my actual moving date about quotes, never received that call. On 6/20 (moving day) I got the call around 2:50pm with a 30-minute ETA, and they arrived on time which was perfect. I didn’t have many things, being that I was residing in a studio apartment, so they were done in about an hour or less. UPDATE- STILL BEWARE As of 5/14/26 UPDATE — 5/7/26 After responding to my original review and asking me to “call or email directly,” I did exactly that. I was informed that the person I needed to speak with was Geoff Burgess, Manager of Customer Service at the corporate level. At approximately 9:00 AM, Michelle informed me that Geoff was in a meeting but would be available all day and to call back in 30 minutes. My overall experience was beautiful. I truly loved the two men who came, Tim and Tevin. However, the pricing was not very clear to me, and there seemed to be a lot of hidden fees for what was supposed to be a local move. That being said, Tim and Tevin were absolutely amazing. Based on my daughter’s perspective as well, they were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. They worked quickly while still handling everything with care, which made the moving experience much smoother and less stressful. I chose this company for my move because I read good reviews but I was honestly disappointed. First off, from the very beginning I had to speak with multiple people but none of those people seemed to be in communication with each other or be on the same page at all. Secondly, one of the two movers was good but the other does not need to be in this business he kept dropping things and didn’t seem to be good and carrying large things. Right off the bat he dropped a box full of glass bottles which broke. I wasn’t even going to mention it, accidents happen, but they left the broken glass just sitt…

All My Sons was easy to schedule with. The team, Troop: 2605 Branden, DJ, and TJ, arrived right on time and worked both carefully and efficiently. We did have to contact the financial office to correct the originally agreed upon rate which included a discount for scheduling the move well in advance, but that was remedied within minutes. Troop 2605 was polite and diligent in their work completing the job early which saved us money and time. I'm very appreciative for their help as they helped make a potentially stressful move easier.
