This is the same company as Williams Transfer, according to state paperwork, and the truck that came was labeled Bond Relocation, so I'm going to put my same review here. The move coordinator stopped responding for days at a time. This happened at least three times -- there were multiple occasions where I was assured that I would have information by the end of the day, and I had to follow up to get information days later. She said, over and over, that she was sorry for dropping the ball and that it was her fault. My delivery was a full week late, and I had to follow up, repeatedly, to get…

First I would like to say that of all the people who work at Bond relocation, Kim Thompson is a sweet and genuinely caring person. However the rest of the organization does not seem to care one bit about he customer or damage to a customers goods or property. I have been dealing with Bond relocation for over 2 months regarding damage to walls, paint and stairs in my new home. We witnessed the damage with our own eyes as the delivery workers moved the furniture up the stairs. We have used Mayflower/United several times and have been completely satisfied with their services. Best drivers, great packers and all around caring people. I would never use any one but them if I ever move again.
