Went here to get a trailer hitch installed. They took almost 6 hours to install in when it advertised 2-3hrs. Then when I show up, the bak bumper has scratches all over it. They not only took forever, but they damaged my car in the process. So now I can either deal with some missing paint in my bumper or go through the trouble of fighting to get a new bumper... the employee didn't even take my complaint seriously and wouldn't note the issue.

Gina Funk and Madison were such a great help! They were incredibly kind and patient with me, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. On top of that, they gave me the best deal possible, and I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Galvan's Moving on Saturday January 31, 2026. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations and has prompted me to reach out with this feedback. From the beginning there were several issues including not understanding what I had requested. Megan and Tatiana were amazing help, they went out of their way to help us on a Sunday. Uhall needs employees like this at every store. I don’t know what they get paid but uhall needs to give them more.

Man this team is on point, management was so impressive. Public storage who, what , why? Yeah if you want to deal with water leaking in units and rude people and your shit getting stolen, which was the least of my worries after meeting with the manager who reassured my doubts when I saw employees doing regular walk throughs to make sure people who shouldn't be there weren't. It is in my opinion this whole crew deserves honorable mention and something special like a paid lunch or a company outing for being so on fleek .
