They cancelled the morning of the scheduled move via text, which was scheduled weeks in advance. When I tried calling Isiah to talk about it he didn’t answer. I understand things happen but I can’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Buyers beware.

I was on a tight schedule and stressed a bit about everything in my moving operation . I hired MOzart in Sep 2021 for a large truck unload including many heavy items and fragile items. I was very happy with the job they did and hired them for a second job a couple weeks later. Same great results. They were flexible and reliable. They worked fast, took the initiative to keep things moving while accommodating my direction as well whenever I needed something specific done. Good people.

Don’t use them. Showed up unprepared to move an 150 yo upright piano weighing 600+ lbs. Discussed piano size / weight when making reservation. He shows up with one other guy, a regular 2 wheel dolly and a cargo van to move the piano. No ramps or piano / furniture dolly to move it. Couldn’t even lift piano up more than a couple inches and no ramps to get into the van. Wasn’t comfortable with him moving it based on his lack of equipment and manpower. He stated I would get my deposit back as he left and now is stating it was non-refundable. At time of taking deposit, it was never stated as non-…

I was really nervous about using a company I never used before, but they did a phenomenal job moving me from Missouri to Arizona. I was really nervous about my glass tables and my antiques, but EVERYTHING made it in tact and I couldn’t believe how quickly they got my belongings there. Moving sucks, but they really made it easy for me.
