I've rented a truck from here at least 5 times and now have a storeage unit too. We are moving houses and even get a free month of storeage with our rental. I've interacted with at least 6 staff members seperately and all have been great experiences. The store manager is really great and clearly values his clients and staff. Store, units and trucks are clean and well maintained. On this last return the staff even reminded me that I forgot to top off the gas tank and gave me the option to refuel before I was charged. The location is very clean and professional, and the staff is friendly and professional as well, but the price per mile is outrageous in my opinion. As a consumer, I was hyper-focused on the rate of $19.95/day for the pickup truck because we only needed it to move small items, but because of the mileage, we paid more than we budgeted for, that's my only complaint. Other than that, the service was excellent!

U-Haul of O'Fallon on Highway K is probably the best U-Haul I've ever been to in the country the staff there is very professional they've done a lot of work for my company and I appreciate everybody there

We used their trucks multiple times and had a storage unit in this facility. It was always secure and clean. If we ever forgot to lock our unit they would call us immediately. If we were ever late on payments they would work with us until we could get it paid off. The owner is so kind! He helped us back our car with a trailer that we couldn’t get out of the corner of the parking lot! Overall excellent customer service, cleanliness, and services! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This is 1 of 2 U-Hauls we use from time to time, especially with purchasing packing products like boxes, tape, etc. The store manager here has been the greatest with helping us out and with my personnal items as well. First name basis. I can’t say enough nice things about this facility. Each time we have visited the store and storage both have been clean and well kept. I’m just basing my review on my experiences here at this OFallon location. Keep up the hard work, Matt. You guys are amazing!
