We had a somewhat complicated move. Part of iur belongings stayed with our house, part went to a temporary storage unit, the rest to a long term storage facility. Everybody from the estimator, to the coordinator, the packers, loaders, driver and unloaders were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

I received a “Not to exceed” quote for my interstate packing and move but once my goods were loaded in the truck I was told by Vicky that I needed to pay $1400+ for additional boxes and was lucky because my weight was way over (60%) over their estimate despite them doing a video survey. I worked in printing for years and if we messed up a quote we had to eat it and learn to do better. I felt they had me over a barrel since my goods were just loaded into the truck so I paid the extra under duress. I’ve had several moving experiences over the years ranging from great to horrible. North American Van Lines has been one of the best experiences from start to finish that we’ve ever had. First have to shout out Mark Richardson, who drove out to our place in Missouri to give us a quote in person (a rare service these days) and provided a binding quote that worked for us! Next shoutout to Sabra Waggoner, our moving administrator, who was always available and ready to answer my many questions about billing and coordination. The packing was done on the sceduled day. They were very efficient and it didn't take them too long to pack everything. The same with the unloading at the new location. Very efficient.

I had a great experience!!! They took excellent care of my stuff and did a great job unloading everything once they got to CT!! Thank you!! A little on the pricier side but it was worth it!!
