  I wanted to update my review for Small Movers. After my original experience, the owner personally reached out to me regarding the concerns I had. He apologized for the situation and compensated me for the issues, which I truly appreciated. While there were a few small hiccups during the move, I respect a company that takes accountability and works to make things right. Overall, the experience ended on a positive note, and I appreciate the owner taking the time to resolve everything directly.

  I could not have hoped for better help. They were able to assist (same day) when heavy boxes were delivered in my driveway unexpectedly. They did so good, I asked for their help unloading a POD, the next day. Please use them but, don't abuse them. Their job is hard. I had Terry and Dorothy. They worked in tandem as a team quickly. The cost was competitive. They communicated and updated as needed They arrived on time. I was very pleased and will always try to use Small Movers for the not too large assistance with items, I can not move. They can even assemble purchases.👍

  From the booking agent to the movers, this team is about good customer service. They are timely (arrived early), always answered their phone, respectful, and did the move within the expected window. All of my belongings were loaded, unloaded, and arranged in the new property in sound condition. A good company to keep in the Rolodex.
