  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were late on our payment, so we got red tagged. Made our payment and our account was current. Took us almost half an hour to get someone to answer the phone at the office *as instructed on these red tags* and when we did, he was rude and literally hung up in my face after huffing and telling me "someone will be there in a minute" TERRIBLE customer service. 😑 We also attempted to use the "MAX" SECURITY STATION speaker to receive customer service that way (like it says we can on the wall posting) and no one bothered to answer that either.   I use these Guys quite often. And the customer service is great. I also got a free month rental on a storage unit. Staff helped me get situated fast and with ease. Definitely use these guys for your moving and storage needs. 5 stars!!!
