  Rented and paid for a small unit on the website. Very easy process. They gave clear instructions on how to access the building and my new storage unit. There was also a new lock inside the unit. They have wheeled carts available to assist you in getting your belongings from the car to your unit. You can also pull into the garage and unload without going outside.

  Their security on site is excellent that I left my unit unlocked one time they probably got a hold of me locked it for me and let me know to come in so that I could secure it myself

  You can't pay with Google Pay or your bank account and you can't make a cash payment at another location and they charge you $20 anytime youre late.

  From Manager Kristi to all of her staff they are excellent ambassadors of the UHaul company. Interaction with Kristi and Sandy (Climate Control personnel) were way beyond expectations. After 15 months of daily (when we were there) contact I will miss them. Please pass our appreciation to all UHaul members at the Saint Joseph location for "JOBS WELL DONE."   It's nice but the walking back and forth is ridiculous. Especially after moving all day and night to go there and realize you move it 9n little carts to your unit. Absolutely hate it personally.
