  We used Simple Moves to move heavy furniture from the basement to the second floor and heavy items from the second floor to the basement. Pricing was reasonable and it was easy to schedule a convenient time. Workers showed up in the time frame promised and the move went flawless. The workers were friendly and knew how to execute the furniture moves without any scratches or bumps. Highly recommend!

  The 3 guys that came were fast and efficient. They took excellent care of all my items. They also took the time to tighten up loose items. They were friendly and kind. They made sure my furniture was exactly where I wanted it placed in my new home. I would use them again and recommend to all!

  Edited to add-- in addition to losing lots of my stuff I just got to one of the boxes their "professional packers" packed, and wanted to add a picture. This is how they packed all the contents of my china cabinet because they "forgot to bring packing paper".... so many sentimental items broken. They never did anything to make up losing and damaging my stuff and were super rude to top it all off. Terrible company. I have had my stuff in storage with this company since August. I have two crates/pods. I was supposed to have them delivered to my house yesterday, but the movers arrived with…

  Simple Moves is so great to work with. Kathy, our customer service rep helped us from beginning to end! The four men that showed up were polite and efficient. They made our move a pleasant experience. They never complained and never took a break! They are all very hard workers. I would highly recommend this company for all your moving needs.
