We are so pleased and thankful for Mesa Storage. The entire Team is amazing, professional, careful and trustworthy! We appreciated that they received and inventoried ALL of our furniture, while our home was being built in Montana. Then, they brought all of the furnishing to us, unpacked it all, put it together and staged it for us. They checked in advance for damage. If a damaged hood was delivered, they reported it and sent it back on our behalf! Thank you Hunter,Jean and Damion and everyone else that helped us! Fantastic work and kind as can be!! From the moment John Williams called to schedule my drop off, I knew he managed a well oiled crew. Allie and Tylor showed up at their appointed time and unloaded my cargo like a professional pit crew. I'd like to start by saying that there are several hard working folks that we met who work for Mesa and we appreciated their help. Unfortunately, our experience was not one we could recommend to others. Upon delivery, there was over a dozen items that had been damaged. I included a few photos, but the damage included broken chair legs, a bent lamp, two dressers with broken handles, broken wooden bed frame, book shelves with damaged corners etc. Also, when re-assembling our furniture they stripped the bolts on a headboard and just left it hanging. Mesa Movers did a great job moving my family this winter. Communicated professionally and gave me real expectations and pricing. Everyone showed up on time and they used a shuttle truck to move our things to the main semi truck. They never stopped working and did it with a great attitude and work ethic. Thank you.
