Steven and Christian were absolutely fantastic! They delivered and installed a couch from Costco right on time and were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They handled everything with care, made the setup quick and smooth, and even tidied up afterward. Friendly, efficient, and respectful—top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

Steve and Steven delivered our new combined washer/drier machine after picking up the previous machine that was not working properly. They were very polite and professional. They worked well together as a team as they quickly installed the new machine. They were very helpful and answered my questions. In all, it was a very positive experience dealing with these young professionals. Well done!!

We had a large refrigerator delivered today from Costco. They used inter west final mile to deliver it and I have to say Steven and Christian were the very best. They went far beyond what I expected and even though they had to remove a door and crawl under the house they remained very nice, professional and everything was perfect when they left.

Nathan and Steven were absolutely incredible. I haven’t had such an outstanding customer service experience in easily 15 years.
