Scheduling was easy once I got the local U-Haul on the phone. They did the install in a timely manner and even called to get the ok to mount the electrical plug as they preferred before performing the work. Checkout was quick too. Overall, a great interaction which is why I've used them on other vehicles for the same task, and will use them again if the need arises.

They were able to order a tow package for my vehicle but don't pick up the phones when you call so there is no way of knowing if it's in without driving there and the time I did that I was told the order was not fully placed and that the part didn't even ship. Giving two stars for ordering the part but only two as it's been three days of phone calls without them picking up the phone.

After reading previous reviews, I feel like they must have had a change of staff before my visit. One month ago I rented a trailer in Spokane and dropped it off in Bozeman. The two fellas that did the intake were friendly and provided great customer service.

Went there yesterday to buy a box. Had to wait 15 minutes just to pay for it. Went again today and left after being ignored for 20 more minutes. There is no reasonable point of sale system and they do everything manually. The employees didn't seem to care at all about how long it took. Very poor service.

After turning in the vehicle with gas receipt in hand I received my rental receipt via email and found that I was charged for 2 gallons of gas…really?? (My total trip was 40 miles and I filled over 3 gallons of gas as per my gas receipt) When you treat customers like this I find it hard to either recommend or return to your establishment
