Outrageous incompetence. A top 10 worst business experience in my lifetime. We made a reservation for a truck more than 2 weeks ago. Less than 18 hours before our scheduled pickup, someone called to let us know we’d have to drive to another city to pick up the vehicle. How is that acceptable for a logistics company? How it’s it acceptable to make a reservation to pickup less than 5 miles away from home, and then be told last minute you need to drive 2 hours round trip to get your vehicle? (And if you think it’s only 30 minutes drive, then it’s because you haven’t caught the recent constructio…

Sidney was amazing. She handled my order while juggling a phone call and helping her co worker with rate info all with a smile on her face. She also hooked up the auto transporter to my RV and explained how everything is set up. Incredible customer service.

After I was told by another UHAL location in Bozeman that my reservation had been changed from a van to a box truck by the regional U-HAL reservation system/office & that they did not have a van, the folks at the Huffine location came through the same day. Not only were they able to provide a van for the duration of time that I needed it, they were super helpful throughout the entire process from the initial contract terms, resolved equipment issues, & made the return simple and easy. Sydney was especially helpful and personable with all follow-through. Thank you so much Huffine U-HAL!
