  The man who showed up to move my things was extremely rude. He pointed and read the contract to me like I was a child when I went to pay with a money order from my bank. He insisted he had told me that it would have to be usps or wal mart the day before - he did not, he simply suggested those places as possible options to get a money order from. I had to call and get it approved with the manager and while I was on the phone doing so he said that he was calling the owner of the company, not just the manager.   Contracted for pickup in Great Falls and delivery in Woodland Park, CO by July 7, 2022. Picked up on time but have failed to deliver our belongings. Keep saying they can't find a driver. They had weeks to find a driver after giving the estimate for the move. Gave another date of delivery between July 8-18. July 18 they have stated they have moved our belongings from the warehouse to a trailer but still don't have a driver. What difference does it make if it's in a trailer if you still can't/won't deliver? Only after failing to deliver on the first contracted date did they say they don't move i…

  Packers yell at you, don't listen and are rude when you tell them what to pack and what to leave.The crew shows up late and dug through jewelery boxes etc. Ken likes to yell at people and belittles them, while telling lies and sets the wrong dates and then covers it up when his receptionist (Virginia) tells the truth. Worst company ever. If you are Military, do not use them as your carrier, they are the worst movers ever. Pick another carrier. The customer service is horrible. Avoid at all costs.
