I hired a moving company for an interstate move from MT to IA. The movers held my belongings for months and appeared to be a scam. Michelle and Chuck went above and beyond to make sure our property was safe while in their facility. I can not fully express how impressed I am with all the staff at this facility. I spoke with Jenny and another gentleman as well and they were both very understanding and helpful. My family is very grateful for all the employees here and their top tier customer service skills. I would not rent a truck from this location. we didn't see any roaches when when picked up the truck but once we put a few metal items in and 1 mattress in my husband saw movement out of the corner of his eye in the wood slats on the side of the moving truck, sure enough he saw cockroaches, this tells me they do not actually check their vehicles.they tried to make it right at first by getting us a different truck but after putting one toolbox in i just could not shake the disgusted feeling of finding roaches so we did return it and just paid whatever was owed without arguing. Chuck over there is a real stand up guy. They helped find the adapter for trailer brakes, tested it and didn't charge anything. I highly recommend them at Tenth, they'll take care of you. Thanks again Chuck

Some nice people that are trying but the processes are horrid and actually getting the job (hitch installed) done properly good luck. Background: takes me 40 min to drive to the store... they require 1.5 - 2hrs (allegedly) to do the job... basically blocking off an entire afternoon. 1st attempt to install a fail cause they didn't have the correct hitch (somehow got put in the system as a 1.5" instead of 2"-ordered via call to the central system) and they didn't have the right part in stock.
