Ever since the new owners took over and installed a much better security system i have felt comfortable leaving the state for long periods of time knowing my stuff would be safe. They are great people to rent from. I even fell into a rough situation that set me back on payments but they worked with me and were awesome about all of it. And that was prior to covid19. Communication is key. They constantly keep the grounds maintained of snow and ice. I highly recommend lyndale Avenue self storage under the new owners.

I really enjoyed my experience with Lyndale Avenue Self Storage. Storage units in Helena are normally overpriced and not very secure. Their storage units are well-protected, reasonably priced, and the property has been very well maintained since the new ownership took over.

Great units at the best prices in town. Very secure. Friendly management and great communication that is very important to me and appreciated.Updated security systems in place and clean kept units. Will be choosing Lyndale Ave Storage for my storage needs in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, but unfortunately that isn't an option. My husband and I had a storage unit with them for about 5-6 weeks, and during that time our storage unit was broken into. Several items were stolen out of our storage unit, and I am still having to work with the Helena Police department about this. You might be thinking "well sometimes these things happen, don't take it out on the storage unit." Here is the thing, we came to out storage unit to pack up and move out of state. Highly recommend these storage units! Great owners who have put a lot of work into fixing things up from previous owners, especially on the security side of things.
