Absolutely horrible and rude experience. The old guy there needs to be fired!! Completely rude and offensive. Before I even said a word he walked up and asked if I found anyone to help me, he said 'I know you didn't, because it would have been me!'. Who says that?? He then followed by saying he couldn't fill my propane with my type of RV because it leaks when he does?? I was literally there 2 weeks before and had it filled no problem. Rick the gm of this store is about the furthest thing from a manager. I highly recommend anybody needing a uhaul go across town and deal with the people in the other store. Absolutely the worst service i have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store should be shut down.

Worst U-Haul location in Montana. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a U-Haul location. Rude incompetence. DO NOT rent anything from this location. I won’t even fill my propane there. If I could give less than one star I would.

I just dropped off a customer and gave them business and when I went to exit the property, the wanna be Harley Rider employee blocked the exit of the parking lot. Instead of him putting the trailer in the shop while working on it, he worked on it under the canopy. He put the trailer mover in the middle of exit lane and screamed at me for driving thru the parking lot. VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. I will no longer recommend customers to this branch.

I fully understand wanting to get off work at closing time, but I walked into this shop at 4:48, and was told that they were closed. I looked at the older gentlemen and said really?. "Its like 5 minutes away" was his response as i then looked at my watch to let him know I knew exactly what time it was. I just needed to rent a trailer but I guess you have somewhere important to be.
