Just keep doing WHAT you/they do! They are an amazing bunch of people and I look forward to working with all of them again. I underestimated how much space I would need for everything I have accumulated while living here and they helped take the stress and anxiety away from me having to get vehicles over multiple days and the extra storage space needed when one unit filled up. Will definitely recommend and use this North Helena site again.

Charge by 24 hr period, and not calendar day. I had the trailer for less than 24 hrs but was charged for 2 days of rental. That is criminal. This was not a location issue, this was a corporate U-haul pricing issue. The associate that assisted me at the location was fantastic.

I opt out of autopay when I first signed up for a storage unit. I always called and made payment over the phone or went into pay. Beware! This branch takes it upon themselves to opt you in for autopay. I have called twice and talked to the manager and had me removed from that option and again they withdrew payment by autopay without my permission. I have called U-Haul headquarters, filed a complaint with BBB and have filed a claim with my banking institution. A company cannot just opt you in for autopay without your consent. Know your rights customers!
