Excellent service from pros at this location! Needed a vehicle to move to Bozeman on a holiday weekend. Our rental was last minute, when another company let us down. Call center was first rate. They were courteous and informative. Vehicle was clean.

The staff who helped me were awesome. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. I wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who I worked with getting checked out and set up. He was fantastic. Helped me solve an issue with the electric connection on my vehicle to the trailer. Excellent all around.

Amazing! Pulled up and they disconnected the trailer and sent me on my way. Fastest drop off I have ever had. No fooling around, just action. Highly recommend!

While installing a tow package on my car (my car was brand new so Chevrolet didn't offer it yet) they scratched both of my tail lights badly. I showed it to them and they didn't care or say anything. The guy helping me did nothing to make it right. Brand new car off the lot already scratched up. They do not care about being carful with your vehicle. Very unfortunate and sadly will not recommend to anyone. I have been a loyal customer with them with a storage unit and recommend friends there as well- which they ended up having a storage unit for quite a while. Employees need to be held account…

They were available until 5 PM on a Sunday to rent me a much needed tow dolly, after the Polson U-Haul was completely empty and wouldn't answer my call while listing open and had all their lights on inside. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees too. Worth driving an hour out of the way to do business here, thanks for saving our asses!
