Firstly, bearing in mind that U-Haul is a collossal corporation bearing very high volume and demand, it is understandable that - with so many moving pieces in play - not everything is going to sit at 100% (all at once), 100% of the time (that's just life), and while I might complain about the # of emails that Im issued every time that I rent a truck (haha), that would simply be silly! My trailer hitch was just fine, except I needed an appropriately sized ball. They sold it to me installed it on my hitch, hooked up the rental trailer, checked out all the lights, made sure I took a picture of it, and sent me on my way. About 10 hours later I returned the trailer they unhitched it told me that they would send me a receipt via text if I want to be on my way, which I did. Very convenient, very courteous, well done. New to me motorcycle delivered home safely.

I have now returned 3 moving trucks to Missoula U-Haul and they make the process quick and straightforward. I like how relaxed the staff is, especially about the condition of the vehicles that have obviously been used by numerous people along the way.

Best U-Haul exp I've ever had. I bought a large item that needed to be towed (rented a trailer to pick it up). I returned their equipment and brought the item it back to the facility. There was issues with the storage that I had reserved, and it was no longer available to me. So, to fix the situation, I was given a free month for a larger unit that was out of my price range. They were courteous, professional, and empathetic to my situation. Even threw in a free lock. Great people. Great service. Great experience. Thanks!

These five star reviews have to be fake. First of all, why do they even have a phone number if they never answer the phone? Took my car in to get a hitch put on at 9am (with an appointment) was told it would take 2 hours. Called a million times, no answer, finally get a call around 6pm that it wont be done until 10am the next day. Come in at 10am, and end up waiting another hour in the parking lot for the “15 minutes” they needed to finish. Then all of a sudden my car wasn’t starting because the kid killed my battery. INSANE. Either they dont know how to work or they dont know how scheduling w…
