Excellent service and flexibility to accommodate changing plans and scope of truck / trailer needs. My only disappointment was wet cargo in Jackson MS from a leaky roof, front to back, side to side, wet stuff all over, even still dripping in a light misty rain while unloading. 1st time disappointment with U-Haul rental. I'll use again, but will check with a car wash or hose before filling again.

I had a really good experience today with the Columbia Falls U-Haul! They were very kind and did everything possible to make it work for me! I highly recommend this U-Haul place! The only thing I would say they could fix would to be, have more gas in the tank!

This place was great. We picked the wrong trailer for the job and they helped us get swapped into the right one. Kurtis and Derrick were extremely kind and helpful with meeting our needs. I would 100% recommend the U-Haul in Columbia Falls!

I've been with RM Storage for just over a year and I've had zero issues. The process to get my unit was extremely easy, and the prices have stayed consistent the entire time I've rented with them. Whenever I've had to call about something everyone I've spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful. My experience with then is a rarity for an affordable unit in the valley. 10/10 experience.
