  We are renting two units on L street. The manager, Izzy was very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Facility is clean. Would recommend checking them out if you’re needing storage.

  I have used the 5000 Lst location 2 times now to store my belongings. This location has always been Professional and Curtis!! Always clean and secure and the climate control is awesome!! I would and do recommend affordable storage to all my friends and family!!

  I've been with Affordable Family Storage for awhile and this facility is safe and the staff is great. Kay helped with a question today, very quick and most cordial!! Im very pleased with AFS, highly recommend it!!

  If I could do a negative score I would, it says access at 6am and the door i need to go in is out of order!! There is no other way to get to the unit and I have to wait until 930. Don't try and call to speak to anyone there because there is no one to call either not until 930

  I have rented a lot of storage units in my life and I have never been disrespected by a manger like I have here they are charging me $100 for something I am not responsible for when I asked to see the camera footage I was told they could not show me because they do not have any footage since I did not do what I am being accused of mind you that this was the 1st time I had ever been there I reserved my unit online then there is only 1 door that you can use the rest were deadbolted shut when the manager showed up being rude she told me and the other people that I did not know that she was going…
