  They had 3 days to unpack our storage unit & repack everything into a moving truck. 1 day they were 1 hr late & left early. Day 2 & 3 they were rushing & broke a lot of my items. They tried to hide it. They had to reload my things into a semi. Now that I'm unpacking things & finding more broken items. Asked about their policy on things they break, nobody had an answer. Gave 1 star cause they had one employee that did work hard.

  The team both on pickup and delivery was professional, friendly, asked for direction, took great care of our belongings and protected our homes from potential damage. The cost was reasonable. We were able to store our belongings on the trailer during the almost 8 weeks between pickup and delivery. We appreciate the great communication and follow up! Highly recommend!

  We used Chieftain Van Lines for our move from Omaha NE to Leander TX , They are very friendly, honest , people. From the owner to the movers, I could not have asked for a better experience. Our furniture was protected by blankets, our rails were covered by them with other blankets. After arriving in Leander, the driver Randy had two other men help for the unloading, also very pleasant and careful with our items. I highly recommend them for your moving, whether in town or long distance. They will give you peace of mind.

  Great family-owned and operated business. We used them three times already. Very nice and respectable. Very flexible with our chaotic schedule as well. They stand behind their work! Even had one of the lower prices!

  We usually move ourselves, but we are older and we were recommended Chieftain. They were awesome! Handled everything with care and didn’t waste time (didn’t even stop for a donut). Highly recommend them! Thank you Jordan and Clay! Patty M.
