  I've been renting a storage unit from this place for almost 6 years. When I first started, it was wonderful. The on-site management staff was terrific, very helpful. Over the last few years, it has consistently gone downhill. Out of the blue I received a text message telling me that I had to come in& sign a new lease because I had paid late. Except, I was on auto bill and hadn't paid late. When I questioned it, the next text that they responded was telling me they never said that.   I had a trailer hitch installed by this location 4 years ago. Everything went well, and I used my new hitch to tow a 5'x8' trailer across the country. This year, during an annual service, I was informed that the trailer hitch was incorrectly installed: the trailer harness was hanging down over the left axle (see attached pictures). Thank goodness they warned me, as I'm moving across country and was able to get wiring repaired at my local U-Haul. If you had a trailer hitch installed here, please get it checked to ensure it was properly done.

  My husband and I were in need of a car dolly to tow one of our vehicles. We started our paperwork in St. Paul, Nebraska. It was the latter part of the evening I admit. The gentleman that had gathered our information was very helpful and professional. He was understanding with the process. He called U-Haul while we were in his office, confirming our information and request. My husband also called to get everything set up to get the dolly and let them know that we were on our way before they closed.   For years U-Haul was the best place in town , Over a year ago they started to put a new main tank in. Here it is a year later and they have not sold one ounce of propane even though one can see it's been installed. Effective management clearly lacking. Caveat emptor
