  Like many other posts the guys they sent over to move me were great! In setting up a move I discussed my 90 gallon fishtank. The lady I spoke to told me to have the guys place the fishtank in the back of my pickup for the move. I told the guys to put it in my pickup. Like I say the guys were great, but they did not put the tank in the back of my pickup and put it in their moving truck instead. When I saw it was in the truck I reminded them it was supposed to going my pickup, but they had it already buried and would take a long time to get it out.   I had set up movers 2 weeks before moving. However, they would not even answer the phone to set up a date and time. I decided to call Chet’s Transfer. They squeezed me in at the last minute!! They were lifesavers. Our U-Haul was too big for our stuff and we had a 6 hour move. They tied down all of my items so they didn’t fly around the truck. Everything made it to my new apartment safe and sound thanks to Chet’s transfer!

  The movers were great. However, the owner is charging highway robbery. First of all, he almost double charged me in fuel surcharge, then charged me the extremely high hourly rate from the time they supposedly left the warehouse to my house. So I’m paying them for nothing. On top of this, they couldn’t come until Saturday, which was an extra $15 an hour, which was not my choice. This guy is making a killing. Hope he pays his help well.

  I recently used Chet's Moving Company for the second time. They did a fantastic job moving my large furniture. They are a great company and easy to communicate with! 👍
