  Heartland Storage was great to work with from beginning to end. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Mike Morris even called to follow up with me to make sure we were pleased with the facility and the service. Mike and his regional manager even went out of their way to make a special accommodation for my family. I cannot recommend Heartland Storage enough. They are great!

  We are moving back to the North Platte area and needed climate controlled storage for some items. I went to their website and reserved a unit then received a call from "Omar". He walked us through everything, sent us the lease agreement and took $50 payment for first "free" month. $35 admin fee and $15 insurance. We were driving 5 and a half hours so I clarified with him that we had access to the unit that day and he reassured me that yes, we could access it immediately.   The clerk happened to be there as I was signing up and was very nice. I am sure I marked no on the insurance option but I later had a charge for it on my card. I am calling about that today.

  I think the facility is clean and well kept. How ever we was in the facility when the gate stopped working, we called the phone number and no one could do anything to help. Best advice was to call the cops. It took them over 30 mins to get someone there. Anyone with kids would know this isn’t ideal when you have 6 kids in the car hungry and having to use the restroom. They need to have someone at the office. I do have to say the staff that fixed it was going around making sure the at everyone was okay and was able to get out after the incident so I give them props for that. Great service on hi…

  was able to get into a unit easily without having to contact any one person, everything online was smooth and seem less and the unit even came with a lock ready to go which was a huge bonus since when I showed up I forgot to get a new lock
