I had to call this facility yesterday and I spoke with the property manager who was super helpful. She answered all my questions and was able to direct me to a better sized unit that would better fit my needs than what I had originally thought. She was really kind and profesional. I appreciate how helpful and honest She was. You just dont get customers servicio like that these days. I highly recommend this place. Although I wont be storing here for a while, I definitely plan to go there when Im ready. I feel safe having my items stored under her watch. Her attention to detail was impeccable.

I been a customer at this facility for years and I gotta say the new property manager is the best. I’ve had a few interactions with her and I’m impressed with her ability to get everyone to start following the rules of the property and how much she’s cleaned it up. I really haven’t seen the place this clean in ever. She’s pulling weeds, shoveling, sweeping the lots all day. That girl definitely finds ways to keep herself busy and it’s impressive. The new lady who runs the place is great. It’s the cleanest it’s been in years. She’s always out on the property trying to clean it up and she scrubbed the bathrooms so well. I’ve been here for years and I can’t tell you the last time I saw the place so cleaned up. She is always trying to help all of us commercial guys on the property and always trying to find solutions to improve the place. They got a great employee on their hands who is going above and beyond every single day.

Courtney was amazing. She helped me fix my autopay that the last lady never did. She took my payment and was supposed to update my autopay but didn’t. So I ended up with late fees because I didn’t know. Courtney was able to get approval to waive my late fees because of my situation, updated my payment method, and helped me make my payment all with a great attitude. She even gave me a bunch of information about my unit and fees that I was never told about. My favorite place to store now.

All the iStorages in Carson have great staff. They're amazing people. This facility has a truly great property manager. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind.
