  This is our second time using United Moving Solutions. Such a great and trustworthy company. Very respectful and straightforward from the beginning. The actual movers took such care with our personal belongings. Wrapped our TVs up, very protected. They made sure to use every inch of space in the truck with precision, so we wouldn’t get over budget. Alex and Braulio did an excellent job!

  Didn't reassemble any of the large items that they disassembled. They have the parts and screws that are required to reassemble that they never gave us. Now all our furniture and tv are no longer able to be used. Drivers showed up high and still smoking vape pens in their truck and while managing our items. Then left before reassembling anything. Damaged our items. And of course, Missing items. They also hold your items hostage and refuse to unload unless you pay off the full 100% of the payment. We should have just called the police instead.

  If I could give this company/movers more stars I would. Phenomenal experience from start to finish! We called and the “receptionist” was knowledgeable and kept in contact the week of the move with updates on when they would arrive. The 2 movers Brian and Bravlio were EXCEPTIONAL. They were timely, courteous, professional and respectful of our property. I have moved many times and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had within 5 states. I highly recommend!

  Juan and his team did awesome job with the pickup, and Traci and her team worked really hard to accommodate our tough timeline and inventory requests. So far overall this company has done fantastic with service and communication. I look forward to seeing the truck arrive in our new home!

  Worst moving experience only because they were a no-show for 4 weeks after scheduled delivery, stopped communication and delivered broken items and didn’t apply my deposit to the total… so I’ve been overcharged. I had to threaten to call the cops to report my property stolen if I didn’t get proof they even still had it. No communication and refused to return my phone calls for an update. And the best part… they broke expensive furniture and items and still wanted ALL THE MONEY? They refused to unload my items at delivery if I didn’t have cash and then they did not apply a 10% deposit I paid 3…
