  Don’t use them. I would have sworn they are the best. But they really got us good. We book a stressful move under tight money situation. They took our stuff at the agreed time and we were finally happy one task had been completed. 24 hours later they send us and email and told us that they couldn’t deliver to our new house and that we would have to pick up about about and hour and forty five minutes away. Another truck rental and a day lost. We called them and said, that they confirmed the address, charged us extra money for it but promised it would be done. They broke the agreement,…

  I'm a real estate agent. I had a property listed for sale. The PODS driver hit my sign, damaging the stake, custom sign and solar light. After spending hours on the phone trying to file a claim, I submitted the photos of the damage. An email was immediately sent back saying they did a "thorough" investigation, denying the claim and suggesting I hold the property owner, my client, civilly liable. Absolutely unbelievable. As an agent, I will never recommend PODS to another client of mine.

  The moving experience was simple a drop off pack up unpack pickup and gone. The only problem I might note is the times in which they say are drop off and pickup times change very often for example I was told a pickup for the POD would be between 6:30-9:45am and then I received several other messages. I am thinking this could be to the fact that I had two PODs anyways the experience was great. The guys were very friendly on both ends pickup drop off and delivery Larry in Las Vegas was great in and out in no time while training Davonte who looked like he was already to be on his own after 3 days…

  Do NOT use PODS! They do not honor their contracts. Use any other transport company for your move!!! They will take your money and your stuff and THEN tell you they don’t service your new address. Now I have to hire movers to pick up my personal belongs at a PODS storage center 51 miles from my house and unpack myself into a moving truck that I have to pay for myself. I compared multiple companies and not all would deliver to my rural address. PODS confirmed they would for a $25 driveway fee. They do not honor their own contracts and their sales agents are allowed to lie to get a sale.

  This was literally the worst company I have come across. They will nickel and dime you and then not have an explanation for why they charged your card. I would never suggest using this company and with there customer service be based in Indonesia, good luck getting someone who speaks clear English to help you. DO NOT USE PODS for any moving needs! They are awful and to top it off so many things where broken in my pod.. like some one shook it up while moving it! Highly don’t recommend!!! I repeat AWFUL COMPANY!!! I moved 6 hours away also and paid a crazy amount!!
