  This review is a little late….back in December I witnessed three gentlemen (only two pictured) moving my neighbor into her house. They moved quickly, had smiles on their faces, and seemed to be having a good time while they worked. What a nice surprise! If I ever move, I will definitely use this company. And, I will recommend them to friends and family.

  We hired Carney’s Movers for our move from Incline Village to South Reno. The move cost approximately $4,200, and we tipped the crew an additional $800 because we believed everything had gone smoothly. Shortly after unpacking, we discovered that the only item missing from the entire move was my wife’s jewelry box. Unfortunately, that box contained more than $20,000 worth of jewelry, including family heirlooms and other irreplaceable sentimental items.   This is our second time using Carnerys movers since they did such a good job for us 11 years ago. This time they continued to provide excellent, professional and efficient service. The whole crew was really pleasant and friendly and seemed to get along really well. They treated our things with care and made the experience as stress free as possible for a reasonable price.   We used Carney’s Full Service Movers for both packing and moving in July 2025 and are very happy with their service. From the initial consultation/estimate to the two days of packing and moving and beyond, the customer service was fantastic. The estimate was managed by Kenny, who did an excellent job figuring out how many hours and how much material it would take to get us from our old home to our new home.   I had a great experience moving across town with Carney’s movers. It was a bit of a complicated moving situation but they handled it with ease. Their communication is prompt and professional - they got back to me very quickly and we had things ironed out within just a few days of my initial inquiry. The team of 3 movers was great - not only did they show up early, they completed the job an hour earlier than estimated while still being careful and considerate. Couldn’t believe how quickly they got everything done. Moving is the worst and I hope to never do it again, but if I do I will be hiring…
