I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free, and I was able to get my storage unit without any unexpected fees. Duane was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made both my wife and me feel comfortable throughout the transaction. Even though we arrived just a few minutes before closing, he never made us feel rushed and took the time to answer our questions and ensure everything was handled smoothly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review. I have been straight out. I did however want to share. The gentleman who helped with the auction storage was very nice. The facility was well maintained and very clean. He was very thorough explaining what paperwork needed to be done. And even let me borrow equipment to sweep out the unit when I was done. Great place. Recommend this facility to anyone

Duane was a very pleasant employee to work with. He helped me with the easy process on getting into a storage unit. He was polite and very outgoing. Looking to continue to do business with him and the storage company

He went above and beyond to help in anyway he could and took his time to answer any and all of my questions. I wish every company I dealt with had a "Duane" to handle their customer service, life would be so much easier!!! 💯
