  This is a great, affordable way to move. I used U-Pack a year ago to move out of state and used them again to move back. It was a cheaper option than PODS. The first time I hired movers to help me load the trailer. The second time I used a Relocube and packed everything myself. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would be if they came with ratchet straps to secure stuff (which I had to buy from a local store). Great customer service.

  Great service. Everyone I spoke to was awesome and helpful. This service was well worth the price, being 50% cheaper than PODS or any other company I researched. The cubes are huge, and you can order as many as you think you'll need, and they'll only charge you for what you use. I only needed one and really only filled it half full for my one room. 10/10 would use them or recommend them to anyone that needs to move a large distance.

  U-Pack was very easy to work with, good communication with scheduling container drop off, pick up and delivery. It was great to be able to watch the tracking of our containers as they moved from New Hampshire to Kansas. Price is set, no surprises on the other end like you hear about traditional movers that low ball you upfront, then hijack your belongs until you pay more. (We did hire 2 movers from a reputable moving company to load our furniture into the containers) I definitely recommend U-Pack!

  This was by FAR the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve done a LOT of moving and tried many different options, some resulting in horror stories). From the first phone call inquiring to picking up our containers post-move, this process was incredible. Every UPack employee was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I called leading up to making my reservation multiple times with a number of questions and everyone I spoke to was kind and happy to help.   Exceptional Customer Service!! Every interaction from the first call to start the quote, the interactions with the drivers, updates on the status of our trailer once on the move, to the the final pick-up was top notch! The value in comparisons to other moving options is outstanding. I would highly recommend U-Pack!
