  I was with them for four months. In that time, I set up auto pay at the start of every single month but for some inexplicable reason, I got emails and threatening phone calls for late fees because they were saying that my payment was overdue every single month. I believe this is them trying to scam people out of late fees by pretending to be incompetent when taking auto pay. Also, well, I have a storage unit completely full of my items they send me a silly little index card that tells me that my rate has gone up from $200 a month to $300 a month starting in one month.   Prepare yourself for completely unreasonable price increases!!! Staff is very rude. Extra Space has nearly TRIPLED their monthly fee in less than a 6 months VERY DISSATISFIED. PS: They'll trick you with the low price in the beginning, in few months they'll jump up the price more than double

  The staff that works here are very understanding and so nice. If I was able to give them 10 stars I would have, they deserve raises for how much they go above and beyond for individuals renting a storage space.

  Excellent customer service. A reasonable price for an outdoor unit but ultimately just didn’t fit my needs at the Dover location. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions and be helpful

  Prepare yourself for completely unreasonable price increases!!! Although the staff and the facility are fine, Extra Space has nearly TRIPLED their monthly fee in less than a year! Extra Space = Extra Profit. VERY DISSATISFIED. PS: Thank you for your reply below. But that seems to be a non-working number. 🤷‍♂️
