  I really appreciate the gentleman at this location who helped me determine and replace a fuse that was impacting my trailer lights. He really helped me out and made it so that my travel was safe and legal! Gave 4 stars cuz I asked the girl up front if the deposit fee was refundable and she said she didnt know, they were corporate fees? Other than that, great experience

  This U-Haul store is fantastic. At first glance the location needs some love, but the staff is always polite and getting everybody on their way! I stopped in for a 700 mile truck and trailer rental, and while U-Haul hides the ability to flat rate those items - the employee saw the cost ($1200+) and grabbed the manager Tom Fuller. Tom had no need to help, as I had agreed and was ready to pay this amount - but spent the time to show, quote, and rework my entire order under flat rate. He saved me over $600! Definitely use these folks, and the manager jumping in and helping folks with no selfis…
