  Where do I even begin. Hate I have to give them even one star. Honestly. U-haul goes and changes my drop-off location at the very last minute without giving me much notice at all. Giving me a supposedly brand new moving truck (not even a month old) that wouldn’t notify me when my door didn’t shut because the door wouldn’t shut properly so I had to hold the door shut while flying down the interstate. Then the truck kept wanting to stall every time we would try to go up a steep hill. BEST PART was while we were on the way to return the truck, we stopped to fill it with gas as instructed and we g…

  Grabbed the hitch and ball i needed and filled a 20lb propane tank. The guy working there was very helpful.

  Very, very kind and helpful service for moving my daughter’s stuff out of her apartment and into a storage unit on site. Made sure we were set up correctly and everything was working properly with the trailer. And everything fit! Thank you!!

  New facility in keene is extremely impressive,great selection of trucks and trailers on hand, had a small issue come up it was addressed immediately and fixed in a very short period of time made me feel like far more than just a "number" will absolutely call them with any need, top notch organization from top to bottom thanks agian will recommend to friends for sure

  I highly recommend this place. We moved to Vermont from Alaska and needed a storage unit. The GM Amanda was friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. She did an absolute amazing job and we really appreciate it. She was professional, organized and accommodating. We will continue to use U-Haul moving and storage and highly recommend this business.
