Outstanding customer service… outstanding care for the packing and delivery of my goods! Can’t say enough! Would give them the highest rating from the people in the office to Chris the driver, packer, delivery man 😊 and they went over and above as I needed a few things moved to make room for my goods .

Working with Ray the mover/Allied Van lines was ok. Not great, not horrible. A couple points: - we paid extra money for a straight haul (meaning our stuff was kept on the same truck and not offloaded/put onto a tractor trailer. - a couple pieces of furniture got broken. We didn’t have enough time to inspect everything and a few things we only found after delivery was complete. One cubbie bookcase thing got broken which was noted on our delivery sheet and no one ever reached out to tell us how to submit a claim. - our moving coordinator was difficult to get a hold of. She never answered calls…

Moved from New Hampshire to Virginia. Had an awful experience. Went 5 days without any furniture. Once delivered several pieces of furniture were mysteriously missing. A 55 inch flat screen TV, large framed Art work, TV Stand. Claims manager was rude and extremely difficult to work with. Would not recommend them.

Terrible service. Explained that I needed a shuttle truck because my driveway can’t handle a semi truck. Delivery driver shows up in a semi truck. Then, had to back out of my road (nearly a mile) to go rent a U-Haul to deliver my items. Driver was under a deadline for the next delivery and so rushed to offload my items onto the rental truck. Missing 9 inventory items from the pickup list (nearly $1,000). Boxes placed in the wrong areas of my house (even though they were clearly labeled). Crushed bins with antique items. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend.

What a day. A professional crew of Juan Sanchez, Wilber, Luis and Erickson worked as a team and got the job done! Very good communication, highly recommend!
